Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12 noon. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.

• Total tour cost to be paid in INR at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time of payment.
• The above rates are based on minimum 03 passengers travelling together. Should there be any change in number of passengers, the rates may change accordingly.
• 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can be done by cheque or NEFT.
• There will be a 100% cancellation levied on cancellation made after the booking is confirmed.
• Service taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt Of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
• Rate of exchange (ROE) is considered as 1 USD = INR 68.00 & 1 SGD = INR 50.00 for proposal. Any change in ROE will lead to change in price. ROE will be taken on the date final of payment.
• This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Flights, trains are regulated by governing authorities of respective countries. Any changes in their regulation and increase/decrease/changes of costs/status/operation will be advised accordingly.
• On tour expenses if any will be charged to client by directly.
• Grant of visa is at the discretion of the respective consular office/ embassy. Dhaliwal Travels act as an agent for visa submission and collection of documents and is not responsible for grant of visa.

Booking Conditions:

•        A non - refundable deposit of Rs.20, 000 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
•        A non - refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is more than 20 days from the date of booking
•        If date of travel is less than 7 days, total cost shall be applicable
•        Photocopies of the passport
•        Payment Policy
•        Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy
•        Require Pan Card

Cancellation Policy:

•        Prior to 30 days or more Booking Fee
•        Between 29-20 days 50% of the Holiday Cost
•        Between 19-10 days 75% of Holiday Cost
•        Between 10-date of departure 100%
•        In case of No-show 100%
